Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non defective products

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time

Product Condition and Return Window
Products must be returned in new condition only
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Method and Fees
All returns must be sent by mail
The return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer
A restocking fee of AUD49.99 will be applied to each return

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 7 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
